Customer Address Field Length

At the request of a customer, we have increased the maximum number of characters for customer address fields. You can now enter upto thirty charcters in these fields.

For existing customers we will need to restructure the CUSTOMER table to enable this feature.

Support E-Mail Auto Responder

Due to the large amount spam we are receiving, the support e-mail auto responder is now disabled.

This means that you will no longer receive a instantaneous reply to your e-mails. Do not worry, we will still receive and answer any support queries.

New Feature: Customer Import

A number of customers have asked if they could import existing customer information into the head office database.

Included with the next update, is a new customer import module. This module requires a CSV (comma separated values) file with the columns in a specific order as follows:

First name, Initials, Surname, Title, Address1, Address2, Address3, Town/City, County, Post Code, Telephone, E-Mail
